2. Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Exchange Shipping: After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll ship the new item to you within 7 business days.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We’ll cover return shipping costs for such cases and send the correct item promptly.
